Pre-Session Intake Review: Before your session, you complete our detailed intake questionnaire. We review your responses, any documents you share, and any previous grant materials — so we arrive at the session already understanding your situation and ready to go deep immediately, not spending your time gathering background.
90-Minute Strategy Session via Zoom: A focused, expert conversation led by your GrantSmarts consultant. We do not talk at you — we work with you. The session is collaborative, direct, and designed to produce specific, actionable insights rather than general advice.
Customized Written Action Plan: Within 48 hours of your session, you receive a written summary of the key findings and recommendations from our conversation, organized into a prioritized action plan. This document is yours to share with your team, board, or other stakeholders.
2 Weeks of Follow-Up Email Support: After the session, you have two weeks of email access to your consultant for follow-up questions as you begin implementing the action plan. If something is unclear, if a question comes up as you take action, or if you want to talk through a specific next step — we are available.
